What you'll do
Think strategically and then execute: the models we build aid in decision making and strategy (e.g. using customer profitability to influence capital allocation and strategy shifts) - we operationalize our insights
Lead a team: supervise a group of financial analysts engaged in monthly forecasting and close, as well as annual budget process for our your assigned area of the business
Partner across the business: build relationships with senior commercial, operations, and support leaders around the company and collaborate with them to execute our strategy
Analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan: use insights to iterate on forecasts and create action
Sophisticated financial modeling: build models from scratch, improve existing models, break complex models down into components that consolidate - you can do it all
Help us scale / transition from startup to enterprise: Part of this is maturing our planning processes, part is ensuring finance best practices spread through the organization
What they're looking for

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- years in FP&A/StratFin at a large enterprise or startup
- Experience in the transportation industry
