What you'll do

  • Material Availability: Lead the Material Planning team to ensure parts and materials required for serial production are available in full and on time.

  • MRP Execution: Own MRP operating discipline and ensure Lucid’s production build requirements are accurately communicated to a global supplier network.

  • Supplier Performance: Drive supplier issue resolution and delivery recovery plans to improve On-Time, In-Full performance across critical materials.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to resolve material constraints and protect production continuity.

  • Executive Visibility: Use data to create clear, accurate communications that help leadership understand risk, progress, and required decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement projects that improve OTIF, reduce inventory levels, shorten lead times, and strengthen material planning processes.

What they're looking for

  • Team Standards: Build and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s + 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of equivalent direct experience in a related field.
  • years of material planning experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
