What you'll do
Conceptual Design and Analytical Modeling Develop analytical models for water and energy consumption
Develop equipment layouts and flow diagrams for central utility plants
Prepare equipment bid packages, specs, and review submittals
Review and select mechanical equipment
Design Review and Coordination: Review and interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to: ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
What they're looking for
- Provide technical input and recommendations for design modifications as needed.
- Construction Review: Monitor the installation of piping, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to track progress, identify potential issues, and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
