What they're looking for
- At least 6+ months of experience in a high touch customer service or patient: facing role in a healthcare setting required
- Graduated from an accredited postsecondary program that is accredited by the: Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or completed relevant Medical Assistant training by any branch of the armed forces
- OR possess a Medical Assistant certification issued by a certifying: organization accredited by either the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
