• Lead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through: commissioning and close-out, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Holder standards.

What they're looking for

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors and vendors,: including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, major equipment, lighting, fire alarm, security, building automation systems, CCTV, power distribution, and communication devices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems, monitor: progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support the Energy Control and: Safety Program to maintain a zero-accident culture.
• Manage punch lists, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive timely: resolution of challenges using all available resources.
