What they're looking for
- Support basic server and virtualization environments (e.g., VMware) as needed
- Manage user access and device connectivity using tools such as JumpCloud,: Jamf, Intune, or equivalent platforms
- Support audio/visual systems in conference rooms and collaboration spaces,: including setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ensure reliable network and system connectivity for meetings, presentations, and company events
