What you'll do

  • Respect safety rules: wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, gloves, hard hats when required.

  • Maintain Safe and Clean work environment as per 6S standards.

  • Execute NVH testing protocols and conduct NVH investigation, diagnosis and: troubleshooting to localize NVH sources and conduct associated trials and tests for root cause confirmation.

  • Support Manufacturing Quality in NVH testing and resolving issues reported: through Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit.

  • Ensure vehicle instrumentation when needed with accelerometers and: microphones to capture and record data during NVH testing.

  • Support NVH root cause analysis for field issues.

  • Assist NVH Engineers in root cause analysis and validation of countermeasures.
  • Document NVH testing procedures and results.
  • Maintain NVH equipment, tools and instruments in good condition.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve NVH performance.
