What you'll do
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial: Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing: Engineering, Program Launch, Change Management, MBOM Management, or related activities.
Working knowledge of MBOM structures and engineering change management processes.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or product launch environment.
Ability to assess risks, prioritize actions, and drive issue resolution.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform: the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.
- Experience supporting exterior vehicle systems, body engineering, closures,: trim, or related automotive products.
- Automotive or electric vehicle manufacturing experience.
