What you'll do
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a: mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical: Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification: with a graduation date between May 2026 and November 2026
What they're looking for
- Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for: licensure prior to December 1, 2026
- Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA
- A passion for culturally competent primary care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
