What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day General Assembly operations, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity goals.

• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, providing clear guidance,: support, and performance feedback.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to standardize and: improve processes for efficiency and training accuracy.

• Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials to maintain uninterrupted workflows.

• Enforce quality assurance protocols through regular inspections and issue resolution.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts and materials, balancing availability and cost control.

What they're looking for

• Prepare and present operational reports, maintaining accurate records of: production, training, and resource utilization.
• + years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• years of automotive manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including coaching, conflict management, and team development.
