You'll own your department: the people, the processes, and the numbers.
What you'll do
Start the shift with a team huddle, setting priorities and making sure: everyone knows what a successful day looks like
Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust before a small problem becomes a big one
Manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety
Coach associates directly on the floor, catching issues early and helping people improve
Adjust labor and priorities as volume and business needs change
