What you'll do
Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and implement ELT pipelines to integrate additional enterprise data sources into a centralized cloud data warehouse.
Data Governance: Support the implementation of historical data retention frameworks, automated data lifecycle management policies, and ongoing data quality validation processes to ensure warehouse accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and remediate data integrity issues, including calculation discrepancies and record inconsistencies.
AI-Enabled Analytics Support: Contribute to the expansion of the semantic data layer underlying an internal AI analytics platform, ensuring new capabilities are delivered in a manner that safeguards sensitive personal information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable data solutions.
Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Data: Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline

- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Data: Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python and cloud-based: data warehouse platforms (e.g., BigQuery) preferred
- Strong interest in data governance, information privacy, and the responsible: deployment of artificial intelligence systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to methodically: identify and resolve data quality issues.
