• Lead, coach and performance-manage engineers, building capability across: integrations, APIs, automation, low-code development and AI-enabled solutions.
• Plan and manage team capacity, resourcing and capability against current priorities and future demand.
• Act as the senior engineering business partner to People Technology: leadership, Product Managers, Functional Leads and business stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, resolve complex: engineering challenges and maintain oversight of technical debt, dependencies, risks and operational resilience.
