What you'll do
Work across business lines with embedded planning teams to drive improvements to the company standard
Roll out new processes and gap closures to continually raise the bar of: performance to what good looks like for Anduril
Drive planning work streams from kickoff to execution, aligning stakeholders: across planning, supply chain, product, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of planning goals
Chart project trajectories, provide timely project updates, identify and: resolve blockers, while executing with urgency and precision
Identify and implement new scalable processes for demand, supply, and material planning
Measure current operating processes against standard, and propose gap closure: actions to get us to what good looks like across all Anduril business lines
What they're looking for
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge upstream business capabilities with downstream outcomes
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and planning tools and aggressively pursue adoption
- Translate planning challenges and Use Cases into system requirements, and: partner with our Systems and Business Analytics teams to implement necessary tool enhancements
- Support the dashboard and reporting tools that provide visibility into risk,: availability, and constraints and rigorously drive adoption and use
