The opportunity

ArsenalOS is Anduril's unified production systems platform — the digital backbone for our manufacturing operations spanning PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems. We're building modern, integrated solutions that enable us to scale hardware production with software velocity.

What you'll do

  • Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for: ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace)

  • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS: systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD)

  • Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow: solutions while minimizing upgrade friction

  • Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability

  • Set the bar for engineering excellence: raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions

  • Leverage frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid: development and serve as a model for how the team should work at speed

What they're looking for

  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades/migrations (14.x → 2506/25.x) and cloud deployment architectures
  • Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) and other PLM platforms (Windchill, Aras, Enovia)
  • Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments or aerospace/defense manufacturing
  • Understanding of PLM adjacent systems: ERP (Oracle, SAP), MES, WMS, CAD, BOM management
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and engineering change management
  • Experience with web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, REST APIs)
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret/Top Secret Security clearance
