The opportunity
This role will work across GitLab to connect the teams building the future of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll partner closely with the GitLab Duo Agent Platform organization and with product areas that own key parts of the software development workflow.
What you'll do
Define the product vision and strategy for GitLab’s end-to-end software factory experience.
Bring together planning, specification, coding, review, and verification: workflows into a cohesive product experience.
Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across: GitLab to align priorities and execution.
Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across GitLab Duo Agent: Platform and related areas of the GitLab product.
Use strong product and design judgment to make complex workflows clear and useful for customers.
Build support for product decisions through clear communication, negotiation,: and cross-functional collaboration.

- Present product direction, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior and executive leaders.
- Help shape how GitLab brings its software factory vision to market.
