What you'll do
Collaborate closely with our customer success and product teams to understand: the "why" behind our products, not just the "what."
Evaluate new services, frameworks, and tools for the engineering teams,: considering factors like reliability, scalability, cost, and ease of adoption.
Advocate for forward-thinking architecture and solutions that reduce: frictions, increase efficiency, and establish reliable and scalable patterns across the engineering teams.
Get your hands dirty! You'll be expected to write technical architecture: designs, contribute code, and review merge requests.
Develop and refine technical assessments to aid in our hiring process and: mentor other engineers, helping them grow in their careers.
The ability to act as a mentor for junior engineers, providing guidance on: design proposals and conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality.
