What you'll do
Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve: velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.
Lead fellow developers, product managers, designers, and user researchers to: build a strong tech infrastructure that enables scalably integration of key customer software partners.
Architect, create and maintain an AI harness for the rapid integration and: maintenance of partners with Toast’s systems
Define and drive technical strategy for problems that affect our International expansion efforts
Mentor developers across multiple teams through code-pairing and detailed: code, architecture, and project reviews
Champion best practices for development, deployment and quality life cycles

- Document solution design, write & review code, test and rollout solutions to: production, capturing & actioning customer feedback to iteratively enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with UX, Product Management, QA and partner engineering teams to: build best-in-class solutions in a complex and fast-moving environment
- Backend: Java and Kotlin-based backend services.
