What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product,: Documentation, and UX teams) to ideate, design and implement features that drive the core authentication experience for users in the Workforce and Customer identity landscape
Propose and align on technical strategy and tactical/long term roadmap
Produce technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to: coding standards and security best practices
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
What they're looking for
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
- + years of strong hands-on experience designing & developing enterprise software using Java with Springboot
- Deep proficiency in object-oriented programming principles, design patterns,: server-side technologies, distributed system concepts(caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading) and performance optimization
- Expert understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization: protocols (FIDO2/WebAuthn, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML etc.), and identity management concepts
