What you'll do
Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) of advanced chemical and: nanotechnology systems at Terafab and recommend controls to manage risks to the lowest extent practicable
Evaluate equipment overpressure/overtemperature scenarios, exhaust and: chemical delivery systems, and chemical heavy processes
Perform/oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing: (SAT), as well as risk assessments and hazard analyses on complex process equipment
Implement and field validate safety-critical instrumentation, controls, and: interlocks during Safety Level 1-3 and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs)
Implement a Process Safety Management (PSM) program and ensure compliance with all pillars of PSM
Bachelor's degree in process safety or chemical engineering
What they're looking for
- + years of experience with design and commissioning chemical systems
- Master's degree in chemical engineering
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment datasheets, instrumentation diagrams, etc.
- Experience with reviewing safety control circuits and calculating safety performance levels
