We’re hiring a Product Designer to join Lending and help make a growing set of borrowing initiatives easier to understand and use. You’ll take high-stakes challenges across the member journey, and turn ambiguity into focused product decisions from early discovery through launch.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end design across high-priority initiatives, from problem framing: and early exploration through launch and iteration.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction craft, ensuring hierarchy,: typography, layout, motion, and interaction details work together as a clear whole.
Shape product direction alongside Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and: Content Design rather than operating only at the execution layer.
Turn ambiguous member and business problems into clear concepts, flows,: prototypes, and high-fidelity production experiences.
Design thoughtfully for complexity, states, edge cases, and constraints while: maintaining a clear and trustworthy experience.
Use research, product data, experimentation, and feedback to make decisions,: test assumptions, and improve shipped work.
