What you'll do
Own a product from design to launch: work with stakeholders to define the roadmap, make the product manufacturable at rate, ensure the design is best suited for the customer, coordinate product mapping, and drive launch to target international markets
Serve as key technical point of contact for internal and external: stakeholders to ensure production meets targets and product launch is successful
Serve as the business point of contact between internal and external: customers and coordinate with stakeholders from the business, UX, and engineering teams throughout the NPI phase of a project
Translate new product strategies into business requirements and technical: deliverables to ensure new product introduction meets business needs
Identify opportunities for improvement via market research, data analysis, and beta testing campaigns
Support engineering failure analysis and root cause investigation during: initial roll out and early production of new products
What they're looking for
- Motivate and support peers to achieve program goals
- Prepare relevant updates & deliverables to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or physics
- + years of experience leading engineering projects (internship and extracurricular experience is applicable)
