- Data-driven approach to product management, with experience defining and: tracking metrics related to operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy
- Experience building internal tooling or "platform-as-a-service" offerings: that successfully centralize and automate decentralized operational workflows
- Background working on regulated products that utilize machine learning or AI: to automate complex decision-making processes or generate optimized operational plans
