What they're looking for
- You regularly work and keep up with AI tools (i.e Claude Skills, Cowork, Codex etc) to support your work.
- You can identify tradeoffs between building systems or processes that don’t: scale to ensure successful outcomes.
- You have strong communication skills and can work with both technical and: non-technical audiences. This includes teams like Research, Data Science, Product, Security, Legal, Support, and Customer Success
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to act: with high agency, at multiple altitudes.
