The opportunity

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line,: including material sampling, forklift operation, and performing actions within Ignition and other Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)

  • Operate and train on material processing and manufacturing equipment,: including material conveyance systems, shredding and milling equipment, and material screening and separation systems

  • Operate and train on powered industrial trucks (PIT), including but not limited to forklifts and reach trucks

  • Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory required for production areas

  • Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers

  • Maintain accurate data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System: (WMS) and generate reports to support operational and management decisions

What they're looking for

  • Participate in physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation: activities to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Support and model quality control practices to ensure materials meet production and safety standards
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe: use of production and material-handling equipment
