What you'll do
Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line,: including material sampling, forklift operation, and performing actions within Ignition and other Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
Operate and train on material processing and manufacturing equipment,: including material conveyance systems, shredding and milling equipment, and material screening and separation systems
Operate and train on powered industrial trucks (PIT), including but not limited to forklifts and reach trucks
Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory required for production areas
Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers
Maintain accurate data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System: (WMS) and generate reports to support operational and management decisions
What they're looking for
- Participate in physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation: activities to ensure inventory accuracy
- Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Support and model quality control practices to ensure materials meet production and safety standards
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe: use of production and material-handling equipment
