What you'll do

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of ADAS-related manufacturing, assembly, and vehicle quality issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis across sensors, ECUs, vehicle networks, software, and calibration processes.

  • Perform vehicle-level integration testing, software verification, and: manufacturing trials to support issue resolution and product validation.

  • Support new product launches, engineering changes, and manufacturing: readiness for ADAS features and components.

  • Manage part concessions, deviations, and change control activities for ADAS hardware and software.

  • Support End-of-Line diagnostics, calibration, software flashing, and production validation.

What they're looking for

  • Partner with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality,: Service, and Supplier teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve ADAS manufacturing processes, troubleshooting procedures, and validation methods.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
  • Support production escalations and ensure critical issues are closed on time.
