What you'll do

  • Build and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly destructive test schedules: based on Production, Engineering, and Program Management requirements, balancing test area and asset availability, test article readiness, and capacity.

  • Convert production schedules, Program Management, and Engineering test: requirements into executable test schedules that can be tracked and updated, release test work orders, and confirm clear-to-build (CTB) for engineering article readiness ahead of each scheduled event.

  • Work daily with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, and the Test: team to sequence destructive testing against internal demand and milestones.

  • Coordinate with the teams on test article delivery, hardware, shortages, and: long-lead consumables that gate scheduled test events

  • Maintain scheduling in ERP/MRP and on the Test Schedule to ensure visibility: throughout the organization. And performing report-outs on KPIs such as attainment.

  • Escalate test cell capacity constraints, hardware risks, and retest: requirements early to allow recovery plans and cross-department awareness of downstream schedule impacts.

What they're looking for

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of direct experience in Production Scheduling,: manufacturing planning, and work order management.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, resolve complex: requests, manage large scale tasks efficiently, and with a demonstrated ability to solve problems using Claude.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and scheduling systems, with an emphasis on: capacity deconfliction and work order management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and hold a schedule in a capacity-constrained: environment with limited assets and resources and to recover the schedule when priorities, hardware availability, or test outcomes change.
