What you'll do
Own the production ramp of complex electromechanical assemblies to previously impossible weekly rates
Grow a team of 10 people to 20+ with effective hiring and training
Closely interact with design, manufacturing, and test engineering to create the optimal production line
Lead by setting an example; take feedback from all levels of the: organization, and motivate your organization to achieve the highest level of results (in safety, quality, and rate)
Provide mentorship to team, and assist with design decisions, project strategies and technical problems
Manage an hourly workforce by assessing employee performance, providing: positive/constructive feedback, facilitating conflict resolution, and addressing repeat issues with corrective actions, performance improvement plans or through disciplinary means
