What you'll do
Conform to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate the ability: to train Production Operators on SOPs
Input data and monitor SPC control charts for processes and equipment and be: able to follow corrective actions when violations occur
Obtain qualifications to operate area equipment
Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed
Multitask and cross train across multiple tool set
Support new product introductions, existing products, and processes
What they're looking for
- Identify and contain quality problems associated with the area’s toolset
- Support continuous process improvements projects to enhance yield, reduce: cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs
- Support engineering and maintenance teams by running experiments
- Document results and summarize data
