What you'll do
Work independently in an assigned area of external data reporting to autonomous vehicle regulators
Intake new or updated regulations focused on regulatory reporting, and work: with Legal, Product, Engineering, and TPgM teams to establish policies and procedures to operationalize requirements for Waymo’s operations
Act as a subject matter expert to support cross functional teams that are: implementing compliance controls and tooling to support reporting
Assist in the management, collection, quality controls, submission, and: tooling development for reportable data across Waymo’s markets
Support ad hoc projects to respond to regulator requests for data
Analyze and communicate identified trends, gaps, predictions, and opportunities for process improvement
What they're looking for
- At least 4 years experience working on an external data reporting program,: preferably at a safety-focused, highly-regulated organization
- Strong experience working with regulations and regulatory bodies in the APAC Region
- Exceptional attention to detail, both in written and verbal communication
- Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn proprietary software
