What you'll do
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
+ years of electrical or automation & controls experience in manufacturing or production environments
+ years in a professional manufacturing, production, or industrial role with: emphasis on electrical systems, controls, or automation
Experience with electrical wiring, panel building, cable management, and: termination of industrial components (motors, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, safety circuits)
Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLC: programming/troubleshooting, I/O, and basic controls logic
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
What they're looking for
- Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining: electrical/automation systems on production equipment
- Experience with laser tracker/articulated arm/coordinate measuring machine, all bench inspection equipment
- Comfortable adapting to a mix of repetitive production tasks and innovative process development
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
