What you'll do
–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling,: ideally in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills: you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
Clear, kind, and professional communication skills: you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI: tools to work smarter and deliver better results
What they're looking for
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including: remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
