What you'll do
Schedule onsite interviews
Coordinate candidate travel
Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics
Learn about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about: our programs with candidates and client groups
Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed
What they're looking for
- LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need)
- LOCATION: Bastrop, TX (requires being onsite: remote work not considered)
- SHIFT: standard business hours
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
