What you'll do
Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction: projects, ensuring alignment to program goals, budgets, and schedules
Drive standardization, consistency, and best practices across cost: management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting
Lead and manage a team of cost managers responsible for: Monthly cost reporting
Cash flow forecasting
Change and risk management
Pay application review
What they're looking for
- Client billing submissions
- Assess overall cost and schedule health across an area or program,: identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early
- Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to: senior leadership and Crusoe clients
- Manage critical deliverables and performance of onsite vendors providing cost: management and scheduling services
