What you'll do
Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery: projects — early floor access, floor access, ready for service — and keep it current
Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party: partners; challenge what doesn't reconcile and fix it at the source
Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them
Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
Define the data standards and integrated-schedule and tooling conventions: projects report against, with the Program Management Lead
Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools
