Ensures accurate and timely billing of all services.
Identifies, researches, and resolves billing cases, collaborating with: cross-functional teams to prevent future issues.
Analyzes billing trends and implements process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance.
Coordinates with internal departments to ensure proper system configuration for accurate invoicing.
Develops and maintains efficient billing workflows and processes.
Reviews and processes billing type updates, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
