The opportunity
Location: Project-Based Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Approximately 75% Travel Required
What you'll do
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules supporting hyperscale data: center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Establish project logic, sequencing, critical paths, milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.
Collaborate with project teams to validate execution strategies, manpower: assumptions, procurement activities, and construction sequencing.
Perform schedule updates using field progress reporting, procurement status: updates, engineering deliverables, and construction progress data.
Conduct critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts resulting from: design changes, procurement delays, weather events, productivity impacts, and owner-driven modifications.
Facilitate schedule review meetings, pull-planning sessions, look-ahead: planning meetings, and recovery planning workshops.

- Prepare schedule reports, executive summaries, milestone updates, and performance dashboards.
- Assist with project pursuits and preconstruction efforts by developing: conceptual schedules and execution plans.
- Support commissioning and turnover planning activities to ensure successful project transitions.
