• Support the leadership and development of scheduling department tools, training, templates, and resources.

What they're looking for

• Travel as needed to support projects outside the primary office location.
• Coordinate schedule development and ongoing management with project: supervision, owners, and subcontractors/vendors.
• Build and manage baseline schedules using CPM best practices, including: detailed WBS for schedules with 2,500+ activities.
• Run weekly meetings to update construction schedules via job walks and superintendent live updates.
