What you'll do
Architecting and building enterprise-grade integrations using the Workato ONE: platform to enable intelligent workflow automation
Designing, developing, and maintaining deep API integrations across a broad: enterprise application stack spanning business-critical systems(ERP, CRM, etc.)
Leveraging AI-powered automation within Workato to improve efficiency,: resiliency, and predictive process optimization
Establishing reusable integration architecture patterns, frameworks, and: governance standards that scale across both human-led and automated workflows
Partnering with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, lead: discovery sessions, assess ROI, and translate complex needs into scalable technical solutions
Leading integration initiatives end-to-end, from concept through deployment,: including sprint execution, technical reviews, and delivery accountability
What they're looking for
- Providing senior-level escalation support, ensuring reliability, monitoring,: alerting, and incident response for critical integrations
- + years of experience as an API Developer or Integration Engineer in enterprise environments
- + years of hands-on production experience with Workato, ideally with Workato ONE
- Deep expertise building and operating complex Workato recipes, including: error handling, monitoring, batch processing, custom connectors, SDK development, and API collections
