What you'll do
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and: challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Salesforce CPQ Configuration :
Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CPQ to implement solutions that align: with business needs. This includes product and price rule configuration, and advanced approvals.
Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations.
Deliver Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce.com platform updates as a core member: of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of enhancements and strategic projects.
What they're looking for
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with different functions such as Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order: Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data through effective data management practices.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key: performance metrics and support decision-making.
