The Menu Operations team ensures the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data and workflows across our ecosystem. This role will focus on automated data validation, cross-system reconciliation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and developing scalable solutions that improve data quality and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Work beyond your specialization when the problem demands it. Your: specialization is your anchor, not your boundary.

• Operate what you build. You instrument, monitor, and improve your systems in: production. Shipping is the beginning of the learning cycle, not the end.

• Design and delivery of scalable backend platforms and distributed systems,: leveraging AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows to accelerate delivery and improve system quality.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, ensuring scalable, reliable: API interactions with our internal application

• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and planners to translate: domain knowledge into robust, maintainable system logic

• Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward event-driven patterns using technologies like Kafka
