What you'll do

  • Define, manage, and maintain vehicle configurations, option code strategies,: effectivity structures, and variant management processes across Lucid vehicle programs.

  • Own and maintain Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) structures, ensuring: product data accuracy, traceability, and alignment with engineering intent throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Support planning, execution, and validation activities for prototype, PV,: digital buck, and production build events by ensuring configuration data is complete, accurate, and properly represented within PLM systems.

  • Execute and coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), including part: releases, BOM updates, effectivity changes, variant implementation, and change impact assessments.

  • Review and analyze BOM, option code, and configuration changes to identify: downstream impacts on manufacturing, supply chain, service, quality, and program execution.

  • Partner with Design Engineering, Vehicle Architecture, Manufacturing: Engineering, NPI, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product releases.

What they're looking for

  • Govern configuration data, effectivity management, and option code: implementation to ensure product definition remains synchronized across enterprise systems and business processes.
  • Support integration and synchronization activities between PLM, ERP, MES, and: other downstream systems, ensuring product definition and configuration data remain consistent across the digital thread.
  • Perform configuration audits, BOM health checks, and data quality assessments: to proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Develop and maintain standards, processes, documentation, and best practices: related to BOM management, configuration management, effectivity governance, and engineering release activities.
