What you'll do

  • Application of concepts in control theory to a variety of domains like: vehicle longitudinal dynamics, handling dynamics, ride dynamics and NVH to achieve desired vehicle attributes

  • Application of digital signal processing, digital controls and communication: protocols to arrive at the best possible controls architecture on hardware and in software

  • Employ linear analysis techniques and frequency domain analysis

  • Perform system analysis of the controls architecture to identify noise factors and potential failure modes

  • Develop requirements and related test cases for features modeled in Matlab/Simulink

  • Assist integration of features into the controller code base

What they're looking for

  • Occasional travel for vehicle testing
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with control systems
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering,: automotive systems, or other related technical fields is required
  • Good knowledge of model-based design using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow
