What you'll do

  • Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic AI workflows.

  • Prior experience building high-performance APIs or platforms for threat: intelligence, security operations, or large-scale data analytics.

  • + years of Software Development experience, with a focus on Go, JavaScript, or distributed systems.

  • Led high-performing engineering teams for over 8 years, responsible for: architectural direction and operational excellence of large-scale distributed security platforms (e.g., Threat Intel APIs, automated mitigation systems). Proven ability to manage technical debt, drive professional development through strong mentorship, and excel at planning and execution to deliver predictable, world-class products in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical debt in a high-growth environment.

  • Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain and how to automate the ingestion and: distribution of IOCs (IPs, domains, hashes, JA3/4 fingerprints).
