What you'll do
+ years managing software engineering teams, including leading a multi-team: or multi-quarter workstream beyond the day-to-day operation of a single team
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, with the ability to drive: and advocate for best-in-class iterative product development and engineering excellence
Track record of delivering and evolving large, customer-facing web applications
Strong technical judgment in modern front-end stacks (React, TypeScript,: design systems) and the ability to set direction and review architecture without needing to own every detail
Experience working closely with Product and Design, turning user research and: customer feedback into a roadmap and holding the team to a high bar on usability and polish
Self-starter with great communication and strong organizational skills, able: to manage competing priorities and multiple streams of work at once
