• Coordinate with OIC Development, Oracle Development, Security, Enterprise: Architecture, Finance, and QA partners to deliver integrated ERP solutions with clear dependencies and ownership.
• Lead functional discovery workshops, solution validation, system integration: testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and business validation.
• Develop end-to-end test scenarios and own functional defect triage,: prioritization, and coordination through resolution.
• Support production operations through incident management, root cause: analysis, and problem management, while monitoring functional health and operational performance.
