Senior Global Sourcing Manager, GeneralNew$194K
The opportunity
At Anduril, our Global Sourcing Managers are the architects of our supply chain, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and global manufacturing scale to deliver mission-critical hardware. You’ll dive into a fast-paced environment, partnering with multidisciplinary…
What you'll do
Own the Category Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies across your assigned category, balancing cost, quality, lead time, capacity, and supply security to meet aggressive program timelines.
Build the Supplier Base: Identify, qualify, and onboard best-in-class domestic and international suppliers. Own the relationship through QBRs, scorecards, capacity planning, and continuous performance management.
Lead Commercial Negotiations: Structure and negotiate complex supplier agreements — MSAs, SOWs, LTAs, pricing agreements, and NRE terms — to lock in favorable commercial terms and de-risk supply.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Embed with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing during NPI to align design intent with supplier capability, drive design-to-cost, and get parts qualified and flowing on schedule.
De-Risk the Supply Chain: Track market dynamics, geopolitics, and upstream constraints. Identify single points of failure and stand up dual-source, buffer, or vertical-integration strategies before they become production stoppages.
Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a: related field, with 10+ years in global sourcing, strategic procurement, or supplier management inside a high-tech or regulated manufacturing environment.
