Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives,: operational priorities, and growth plans.

  • Advise leaders on complex workforce, organizational design, talent, and: performance matters, applying advanced judgment and strategic insight.

  • Translate business needs into HR solutions that are creative, practical, and: scalable in a dynamic environment.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters,: guiding leaders through sensitive issues with sound judgment and risk awareness.

  • Apply deep knowledge of employment practices, policies, and laws to resolve: issues proactively and effectively.

  • Influence outcomes through persuasion and credibility, balancing employee experience with business needs.
