What they're looking for
- + years' Workday HCM administration experience and a bachelor's degree OR: equivalent years of work experience (9+ years total experience).
- Proven hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- A strong technical background with HR, recruitment, payroll, and: collaboration tools (Workday experience is a must).
- Experience drafting and delivering HRIS-related documentation, including: solution documents and technical/functional specifications.
