- Proficient in applying AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code,: Codex) to accelerate development workflows — from tech design, to code generation, debugging, to code review and documentation
- Strong product sense with a proven ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces and fluid animations
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and navigating ambiguous challenges
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills with excellent English communication;: experience working in globally distributed teams or building products for diverse markets is a plus
